Information you provide
Depending on how you use Dosley, you may provide:
•
Account information (if you create an account): email address and optional profile details (such as display name).
•
Health tracking data you enter in the app, such as:
•
Medication selection, medication name, and dose information
•
Injection logs (date/time, dose, injection site, notes)
•
Reminders (e.g., injection and weight reminders).
Guest Mode data
If you use Dosley in Guest Mode, your tracking data is stored locally on your device. Guest Mode data is not automatically synced to the cloud. Because Guest Mode data stays on this device, it may be lost if you uninstall the app, clear storage, or move to a new device.
Automatically collected information
We use Expo EAS Insights to collect limited app usage and performance telemetry (such as app launch and startup events) to monitor reliability. We also use Sentry for crash reporting, error diagnostics, limited performance diagnostics (including app-start, navigation, and interaction traces), and masked session replay when an error occurs. If you submit a bug report through the app, the report may include technical diagnostic references such as app version, route pattern, update ID, and Sentry event or replay identifiers so we can investigate and respond to the issue. Support-request subject lines, descriptions, and attachments are not copied into Sentry tags, spans, or replay text. In addition, we use Mixpanel for pseudonymous product analytics so we can understand onboarding, logging, editing, reminders, pen supply tracking, injection site management, weight goals, export, Apple Health, and premium feature usage. Mixpanel events may include technical metadata such as platform, language, guest status, premium status, and the medication name you selected in the app. This telemetry may include a pseudonymous installation or analytics identifier, device/app metadata, coarse diagnostic logs, and technical service data such as IP address. For signed-in account users, RevenueCat also processes subscription status, trial state, customer identity, and purchase history needed to manage entitlements, unlock paid features, and support purchase restores. Session replays are configured to mask text and inputs so medication names, doses, notes, and other health content are not visible in the replay dashboard. We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell personal information.
